This website, upforever.world (the “Site”), is operated by up forever (“UP FOREVER,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

01  Terms of Use

Using the Site

You must be at least 13; if under 18, involve a parent or guardian. Give accurate information. Do not interfere with the Site, gain unauthorized access, retrieve nonpublic data by automated means, or use it unlawfully. Signup is optional and policies remain available without it. Signup does not create an account, reserve a product, guarantee a release date or unlock a catalog. A successful response confirms receipt of your signup, not email verification or product availability.

Public information

Our public brief, public facts and brand facts file may be retrieved for indexing, factual summaries and citation, subject to our intellectual-property terms. This does not permit private access, interference or commercial use of our designs. Third-party summaries may be outdated and do not create an offer, reservation or order.

Presentation and motion

Decorative pointer effects use coordinates only on the current page without storing or sending them. They respect reduced-motion settings and are not required for navigation or signup. Brand artwork is not a product listing.

Private access and previews

A shared code opens the private area. Access does not create an account, subscribe you to marketing, reserve a product, take payment or create an order. Keep the code private to limit access. Only explicitly enabled sample listings can be ordered under the sample-order policies.

Supplier mockups and digital models illustrate an intended garment and design; they are not photographs or verification of a finished physical sample. Color and placement can vary in production. They do not verify fit, feel, wash performance or exact print and stitch appearance. This does not excuse material defects, misdescription or failure to supply what you ordered.

Intellectual property

UP FOREVER owns its original branding, designs and copy. Third-party materials remain their owners' property. You may view and share the Site; commercial use or reproduction of our protected marks or designs, including derivative products, requires written permission.

Products and orders

Public checkout is closed and private sample ordering and payments are disabled. Quote and payment controls remain unavailable. The store policies govern sample orders when enabled, including pricing, shipping, cancellation and refunds, and form part of these terms.

Third-party links and governing law

Linked services have their own content, terms and privacy practices. Massachusetts law applies. Massachusetts state and federal courts are the agreed forum, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any law or forum rights that cannot be waived.

02  Privacy Policy

Information by activity

The current signup does not store your email in browser local storage or send it to an advertising vendor. Older versions stored a local copy under uf_list; the current signup does not read, reuse or upload it. Browser site-data controls can remove that legacy copy. An error or timeout does not confirm a saved signup.

Private sample quotes and orders

When sample quotes are enabled, we collect selected items, recipient name, email and delivery address. Printful receives the information needed to estimate item costs, shipping and supplier tax. Stripe receives your name, email and address for customer sales-tax calculation and hosted checkout preparation, including unpaid customer and checkout records. Both receive information even if you do not buy; preparing a quote does not charge your card or start production.

After payment, Printful receives selected items, sizes, quantities, recipient name, shipping address and supplied contact details to create a supplier draft. Stripe handles card information under its privacy policy; we do not see or store your card number or give it to Printful. Printful handles its records under its privacy policy. Quotes and purchases do not subscribe you to marketing. Order information is not sold or provided for advertising.

Personal quote information in Cloudflare KV is kept for no more than seven days for checkout and payment retries. Once a paid Printful draft is ready for review, recipient details and email are redacted from KV. A session-linked quote counter lasts up to 20 minutes. Minimal KV price, payment/order references and deduplication records remain for up to 180 days. Separate technical duplicate-protection records, containing hashed identifiers, order references, amounts and processing state, are retained as needed for payment reconciliation and duplicate prevention; the KV limit is not their deletion deadline. Record retention does not extend quote validity.

Stripe and Printful retain their own records, including unpaid Stripe records, under their policies; KV expiry or redaction does not delete provider records. An unresolved order, refund, dispute or applicable legal retention duty may limit deletion. We explain any limitation when responding to a request.

Cookies and measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate page-view, broad location and browser measurement across the Site. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint or follow you across websites, and is not joined to the mailing list or sent your email. No advertising pixel, ad network, cross-site tracking or session-recording tool runs here. Cloudflare may also use necessary security cookies and process ordinary request data to serve and protect the Site.

Private-access data

Preview view selection, dragging, rotation, zoom and animation controls run locally. Pointer coordinates, selected views, reduced-motion preferences and page visibility are not saved across visits or transmitted as analytics. Loading protected images or models makes ordinary authenticated requests with no-store instructions.

Successful code entry sets the signed, necessary __Host-uf_private cookie for up to seven days. It is restricted to this host, Secure, HttpOnly and protected by SameSite. Exit deletes it; clearing the Site's cookies also ends that browser's access. To limit code attempts, a keyed IP hash counter is kept in Cloudflare storage for up to ten minutes after the last recorded attempt. The counter does not contain the raw IP. Access is not linked to mailing-list consent.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell, rent or trade email addresses or give them to advertisers. Global Privacy Control is honored: no advertising pixel or cross-site tracking loads. Cloudflare's aggregate analytics continues whether or not GPC is sent.

Do Not Track

We do not change behavior for Do Not Track signals because the Site does not track activity over time across other websites. We have not placed or authorized tools for that purpose. GPC is handled separately above. Providers receiving ordinary requests handle them under their own privacy policies.

Mailing-list permission and retention

New signup grants permission for UP FOREVER release updates and studio notes only. Shared mailing infrastructure does not enroll you in another brand's audience or expand earlier permission. Outside our mail service, Brevo and our host, your signup address is not shared. Older notices allowed occasional affiliated-brand updates; this revision does not expand that permission.

We remove your address from the active list when you unsubscribe or request deletion. We retain minimal consent and suppression records only while needed to honor your choice and document permission, so a queued signup cannot undo an opt-out. Signup rate limiting keeps a shortened IP hash for ten minutes; that limiter does not store the raw IP. Cloudflare's hosting/security processing is separate. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure.

Order-support email

Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages to orders@upforever.world to Gmail. Cloudflare processes the sender address, headers, subject, contents and attachments; Google receives and stores the forwarded messages. We use them for support and order questions, not marketing enrollment. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Changes to these pages

We publish revisions with the update date above. A revision does not reduce rights attached to an earlier order or expand previously given permission. We will ask for consent before using information already held in a materially different way from the policy in force when it was collected.

03  Email & Marketing

Signup is optional. We send UP FOREVER release updates and studio notes within the permission given, infrequently when there is news. Every marketing message includes a valid physical postal address and working UP FOREVER unsubscribe link. Opening the link shows a confirmation; submitting it or using your email app's one-click unsubscribe suppresses UP FOREVER marketing. Separate permission for another brand is unaffected. We honor opt-outs promptly; you can also email hello@upforever.world.

04  Your Rights

Wherever you live, ask what personal information we hold and who receives it, or request access, correction or deletion at hello@upforever.world. For quotes or orders, orders@upforever.world also accepts your payment or order reference. We explain applicable retention limits on deletion and do not discriminate for exercising rights. California residents may also use the sale/sharing opt-out.

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Tell us if a child under 13 supplied an email address and we will delete it.

05  Website availability and product rights

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential damages from use of the website itself. These website provisions do not exclude or limit express product commitments, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, remedies for their breach, or statutory rights for purchased goods, including samples. Applicable defect, cancellation, delay, non-delivery and refund rights remain protected.
